   • When your reservation payment is successfully held, a reservation agreement will be signed on behalf of you.
   • A power of attorney (POA), required for the sale of the Property.
   • The Contract of Sale document, to finalise the sale of the property.

   Once you make use of a feature that allows you to upload and/ or post content to our website or to interact with other users, or post your personal information (herein referred to as “the content”), it becomes available to the public through our website, according to Terms and Conditions (link). The content, under this clause, may include, but is not limited to, materials, text, music, video, audio recordings, questions, comments and reviews. Please note that, whether you remove such content or not, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or a user may have copied your content.

   Our website has the right to, but with no obligation, to control the content you may post on our website.
